For the past 5 years, Jake Pearce has poured his heart and soul into the Hillwood Football Club as our senior coach. His dedication, leadership and passion for the game have helped shape not only the team on the field, but the culture and spirit of our club as a whole.

Under Jake’s guidance, we’ve reached two grand finals, showing the fight, belief and resilience that he instilled in every player who pulled on the Sharks jumper. Beyond the wins and losses, Jake’s impact will be remembered in the bonds he built, the lessons he taught and the pride he carried for our club.

Join us for a special day as we honour the legacy of Rod Green and Gary Crane in the annual Green/Crane Memorial Shield.

We extend a warm invitation to the immediate families of Rod and Gary to enjoy the match from our upstairs Aquarium Bar where you’ll be treated to great company, a fantastic view of the game, and delicious food throughout the afternoon.

Supporters from both clubs are in for a real spectacle — with pride, passion, and rivalry all on display in what promises to be a fiercely contested match 💪🏉

The victorious team will take home the prestigious Perpetual Shield 🛡️, while Best on Ground medals 🥇 for each side will be awarded, selected by members of the Green and Crane families. Presentations will take place in the Hillwood Clubrooms at the conclusion of the senior game.
